The Beyü Circle
Affiliate Agreement
The simple terms every Beyü Circle member agrees to. Last updated October 2026.
1. The Program
The Beyü Circle is the affiliate program of Beyü by BB. Approved members ("Affiliates") share Beyü products using a personal referral link and code, and earn a commission on qualifying orders placed through that link.
2. Commission
Affiliates earn 15% commission in the Circle tier and 20% in the Inner Circle tier, calculated on the order subtotal excluding taxes and shipping. Commission is tracked through the personal referral link. Orders that are returned, refunded, or cancelled do not earn commission.
3. Disclosure
Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Beyü in every shared post or message, for example: "I earn a commission from Beyü." Disclosures must be easy to see, not hidden in hashtags or footnotes.
4. How to Share
Affiliates speak about how products look and feel. Affiliates may not claim that Beyü products treat, cure, relieve, prevent, or heal any medical condition, and may not make medical or clinical claims of any kind. All product copy must follow the approved wording provided in the affiliate resources.
5. Payouts
Commissions are first pending, then approved after the order's return window. Approved commissions are paid monthly. Affiliates with an approved balance of $50 or more are included in that month's payout; balances under $50 roll over to the next month.
6. Brand Assets
Affiliates may use the logos, photos and approved wording provided in the Circle resources. Affiliates may not alter brand assets, sell products under their own label, or run paid advertising using the Beyü name or assets without written permission.
7. Respectful Conduct
Affiliates represent Beyü. Spam, misleading claims, purchases made through one's own referral link for resale, or any conduct that harms the Beyü community may result in paused or ended participation and withheld commissions.
8. Ending Participation
Either party may end participation at any time. Commissions approved before the end date and not yet paid will be included in the next monthly payout. Beyü may pause or remove an Affiliate immediately for a breach of this agreement.
